As the Chairman and CEO of Century Network, Lai Chunlin entered the network maintenance software field in 2000 and founded Hubei Century Network Technology Inc. in 2006. She subsequently launched the "Yiyoo Internet Café Management Platform", which solved a series of pain points about internet café game management, game updates, system and data security and operating system management. By 2008, one out of every ten internet cafes in China had installed Century Network's "Yiyoo Internet Café Management Platform", marking a transformation from "quantity" to "quality" for Century Network. At the end of 2015, Lai Chunlin led Century Network to the capital market, making it the "first internet stock in Hubei", and becoming a shining example of female entrepreneurship in the internet era.

However, with the widespread adoption of mobile internet, internet cafes gradually cooled down. Century Network, always staying a step ahead, sought to pivot. In 2019, Century Network made a significant investment to acquire the game company "Tciplay Interactive Entertainment". This move puzzled outsiders, but they were unaware that Lai had spent two years researching and contemplating this decision. The year following the acquisition, Century Network achieved an operating income of 446 million yuan, an increase of 81.53% year-on-year. Lai, keeping pace with the times, leveraged her forward-thinking strategic vision to complete the acquisition of Tciplay Interactive Entertainment, creating a new engine for profit growth. Personal Experience:

In 1998, after graduation, Lai Chunlin began to start a business.

In 2000, Lai Chunlin began to enter the network maintenance software field, independently developing a new generation of network maintenance software - "Yiyoo Internet Café Management Software".

In 2006, she founded Shengtian Information Technology Co., Ltd. and officially launched the "Yiyoo Internet Café Management Platform". With access to over 10,000 internet cafes, she began considering how to monetize this "entry point."

In 2009, Shengtian Information was renamed Century Network. The company expanded from a single software sales model to focus on four core businesses: advertising media, value-added services, game co-operation, and software, fully transforming into an internet entertainment platform.

In 2014, Century Network's sales revenue was approximately 230 million yuan, of which 75% came from advertising and technical services, reaching 174 million yuan. Century Network's advertising business has already covered nearly half of the internet cafes in China.

At the end of 2015, Century Network was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first internet company to be listed in Hubei Province. Social Activities:

On January 27, 2020, Lai Chunlin donated 1 million yuan to the Hubei Provincial Red Cross for the purchase of protective clothing, goggles, and other protective supplies for frontline designated hospitals. Subsequently, more than 500 employees voluntarily donated a total of more than 340,000 yuan, designated to help the Wuchang Shouyi Hospital, entrusting it to purchase protective supplies to assist doctors at designated hospitals in Wuhan.

On October 26, 2020, under the guidance of the Hubei Provincial Cyberspace Affairs Office, a donation of 200,000 yuan was made to establish a network security experience classroom in Zaoyang City, Hubei Province, and Bao Kang County, Xiangyang City, to promote "educational poverty alleviation."

On December 26, 2020, Century Network established a special fund and donated 1 million yuan to the Hubei Women and Children's Development Foundation to carry out support and related activities for women and children in difficult situations within Hubei Province.
